Yesssssssss! 'Tis Boyd from Psychonauts. He's an insane, paranoid security guard that thinks he's "The Milkman". (and yes, that milk bottle he's holding IS on fire. you'd have to play it to understand) He says all kinds of hilarious stuff like...well, I don't wanna ruin anything for your for those of you haven't played the game yet. And, you can stand still literally for an hour and listen to random crap he spews off. I recorded some the other day:

"Wait...why did i say that? Uh...or else maybe...the COWS signed a secret treaty with the fluoride producers...to keep down. Exactly what? Nobody knows. Hehehehehe....like I don't know that they...bit me all night, so i couldn't sleep. As sure as the nose on my face, I am sure they ate a whole jar of olives with the doctors back at the clinic...and they obviously went to the prom with...the five richest familes in the country!"

yeah, you get the idea. He's insane alright. and how can you not love a character with the catch phrase "I am the milkman. My milk is delicious."? That has to be one of THE best lines...EVER!
